Delivery Within the UAE

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 1 to 2 working days
  • Remote Areas: 2 to 4 working days

Delivery Fees

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Free delivery for orders above AED 150
  • Other Emirates: Calculated at checkout
  • For large/industrial equipment, a handling fee may apply (displayed before payment)

International Shipping

Hygequip proudly ships worldwide. From GCC capitals to Europe, Africa, and Asia, we pack each order for long-distance travel with extra reinforcement.

Delivery Time

  • GCC Countries: 3 to 7 working days
  • International Destinations: 5 to 12 working days
    (Shipping duration may slightly vary depending on customs clearance)

Shipping Fees

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and item weight
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) must be paid by the receiver

Customs & Documentation

We prepare all required export documents to keep your shipment moving smoothly across borders.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+4) are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • You’ll receive email/SMS updates for every major step

Large or Industrial Equipment

Some hygiene machines, heavy-duty items, or bulk pallet orders require special transportation.
We’ll contact you directly if:

  • A crane or tail-lift truck is needed
  • Additional installation or on-site handling is required
